Privacy Policy — Ninja Maze Escape

Effective date: July 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Ninja Maze Escape ("the App", "the Game") handles information. The App is a single-player puzzle game developed and published by an independent developer ("we", "us").

The short version

The Game itself does not collect personal data and does not require an account. However, the App includes (or will include in an upcoming update) third-party services for advertising (Google AdMob) and in-app purchases (RevenueCat and your app store). These services process a limited amount of device data as described below. In versions of the App that do not yet include ads or in-app purchases, no data is collected at all.

Data stored on your device

The Game saves your progress and settings (such as completed levels, high scores, and sound preferences) locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its storage in your device settings.

Notifications

The App can send you local reminder notifications — for example, to let you know when your free daily spin on the Lucky Wheel is available again. These reminders are scheduled and generated entirely on your device. They are not sent from a server and do not use Firebase Cloud Messaging or any other push-notification service, so they involve no collection or transmission of your personal data or any device identifier.

On Android 13 and later and on iOS, you will be asked to allow notifications the first time a reminder is scheduled. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings, and the App works fully without them.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process:

When you allow personalized advertising, Google and its advertising partners may link this data with data collected from other apps and websites to show you more relevant ads. This linking is what Apple's App Store privacy label refers to as "tracking", and it only happens with your permission (see "Your choices" below).

This data is collected and processed by Google under its own policies:

Your choices:

In-app purchases (RevenueCat)

The App may offer optional in-app purchases in an upcoming version; this section applies once they are available in your version of the App. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store — we never receive or store your payment details (card numbers, billing address, etc.).

To manage purchases and entitlements, we use RevenueCat, which processes:

RevenueCat acts as our service provider and does not sell this data. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Data we do NOT collect

The App does not:

Children's privacy

The Game's content is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where ads are shown, we configure our advertising integration in line with applicable requirements for child-directed or mixed-audience apps (including COPPA and Google Play Families policies), such as requesting non-personalized ads where required. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will address it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/EEA under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, such requests generally concern data held by Google (AdMob) or RevenueCat, but you can always contact us and we will help direct your request. You can exercise ad-related choices directly in your device settings as described above.

Data retention

We do not retain any personal data ourselves. Local game data stays on your device until you delete it. Data processed by Google AdMob and RevenueCat is retained according to their respective policies linked above.

Changes to this policy

If how the App handles data changes (for example, when ads or in-app purchases are introduced or new services are added), this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the "Effective date" above will change. Significant changes will be noted in the App's store listing or release notes.
